PATNA--------------------------Under the aegis of Bihar Vaishya Mahasabha, a grand Garba and Dandiya dance festival was organized on September 24th at the local Ganpati Utsav Hall on the occasion of this year's Navratri festival. The event was inaugurated by Apsara Poddar, Chairperson of the Bihar Women's Commission, and Sita Sahu, Mayor of Patna.

At the event, Dr. Anand Kumar, State President of Bihar Vaishya Mahasabha, described this cultural and religious event as a golden opportunity to unite all sections of society, revive our traditions, and strengthen social unity. The event featured traditional Garba and Dandiya dance performances, as well as colorful cultural presentations.

The speciality of this event was that women, youth and children of the society participated enthusiastically. However, the main objective of the event is to pass on our culture and tradition to the next generation and to encourage mutual brotherhood and unity in the society.

On this occasion, General Secretary of Bihar Vaishya Mahasabha Dilip Gupta, Treasurer Dr. Amit Kesari, Women President Komal Barnwal, Rita Jain, Suraj Prasad, Professor Sanjay Kumar Rauniyar, Kranti Kesari, Anju ji, Neetu Kumari, senior journalist and litterateur Dr. Bindeshwar Prasad Gupta, dancer Mohini Priya, Assistant Professor Sohini Priya, Geeta Gupta, Shweta, Pooja, Yogendra Kumar, Ruby Gupta, Rani Gupta, Shweta Gupta, Prem Gupta, Ritu Verma, Suraj Gupta etc. also thanked the community members and citizens for attending in large numbers and making this auspicious occasion a success.
