BHABHUA--------------------------A case of a person being shot dead in a land dispute in Ujari Sikthi village of Bhabua police station area has come to light. After the incident, there was chaos in the family. As soon as the information was received, Superintendent of Police Harimohan Shukla, SDPO Shiv Shankar Prasad, SHO Mukesh Kumar arrived with a heavy police force. A total of 5 people including the main accused were arrested with licensed weapons. The cartridge used in the murder was also recovered from the spot. The family of the deceased was adamant on the demand of seizing the illegal weapons present in the house of the murderer. According to the information, a land dispute was going on for a long time between the sons of late Jiya Uddin Khan and Alau Khan in Ujari Sikthi village of Bhabua police station area. Both Alau Uddin Khan and Jiya Uddin Khan are said to be real brothers.

It is said that several meetings were held between the cousins ​​from both sides regarding the disputed land. Meanwhile, on Sunday, the sons of Alauddin Khan called their cousins, the sons of Ziauddin Khan, for mutual settlement. Then one party fired two bullets in the chest of Nayyaz Ahmed Khan, due to which Nayyaz Ahmed Khan died on the spot. The agitated deceased party expressed their anger. As soon as the incident was known, the SP, SDPO, SDO, CO, SHO reached the spot and arrested all the people of the other party involved in the incident with weapons. In this regard, the deceased's brother Aftab Ahmed Khan told that due to land dispute, his brother was called to his house for talks and shot. He told that the land on which the dispute is, was already divided among themselves by the fathers of both the parties. But the other party is forcibly creating a dispute over the land. SDPO Bhabhua Shiv Shankar Prasad told that in the Ujari Sigthi village, a person named Nayyaz Ahmed Khan died in the firing by one of the parties over the land dispute. He said that a total of five people including the main accused from the other side have been arrested. The licensed weapon along with the cartridge used in the murder have also been recovered from the crime scene.
