LAUNCH OF BASIC COURSE IN MEDICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMME

SASARAM------------------------The three-day Basic Course in Medical Education program started today at Narayan Medical College and Hospital, Jamuhar. It will conclude on 13 September 2025. According to the information received by the institute, the National Medical Commission Academic Division has informed in a letter written to the Regional Center Coordinator Dr. Anand Mishra that for the above program, Dr. Sanjay Saroj, Associate Professor, Department of General Surgery, Banaras Hindu University has been made the coordinator of the program. In this three-day program, there will be a discussion between the trainers and trainees regarding the basic course related to medical education and the resource faculty will share information through presentation to the medical teachers participating in the training on various subjects. In this program, information is being shared through presentation by Medical Superintendent Dr. Puneet Kumar Singh, Dr. Amresh Kumar, Dr. Vivek Sinha, Dr. Rahul Chandra, Dr. Nipendra Anand, Dr. CK Diwakar, Dr. Jitendra Kumar, Dr. Manikant Kumar and Dr. Ranjan Kumar as resource faculty from Narayan Medical College. A total of 29 medical teachers are receiving training in the three-day Basic Course in Medical Education. These include six from Laxmi Chandravanshi Medical College, Jharkhand, two from KMC Medical College and Hospital, Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh and the rest are from Narayan Medical College and Hospital, Jamuhar. The role of Gopal Narayan Singh University's Assistant Registrar Ajay Kumar Singh, Manish Kumar, Amit Kumar, Rakesh Kumar, Ravindra Kumar, Pradeep Kumar, Pushkal Ranjan, Praveen Kumar etc. of the Principal's Office is commendable in making the program successful.
