The body of an innocent girl who was missing for two days in Bhagalpur village of Piro police station area of Bhojpur district was found. Her body was found on Saturday afternoon from a pit filled with cow dung in a mohalla of Piro. A blood mark was found on the face of the dead girl and a blood stain was found on the lower part of the body. Due to which the family is suspecting that she was raped and then murdered and her body was thrown.

ARA-----------------------------The body of an innocent girl who was missing for two days in Bhagalpur village of Piro police station area of Bhojpur district was found. Her body was found on Saturday afternoon from a pit filled with cow dung in a mohalla of Piro. A blood mark was found on the face of the dead girl and a blood stain was found on the lower part of the body. Due to which the family is suspecting that she was raped and then murdered and her body was thrown.
According to the information, the dead girl is a 4-year-old daughter Rohi Khatoon (fictitious name), resident of a mohalla in Piro of Piro police station area. The incident created a sensation in the village and surrounding areas. As soon as the information was received, Piro SDPO Krishna Kumar Singh and Piro SHO Subodh Kumar reached the spot with the police force and started investigating the case. The police took immediate action and arrested the minor accused and his father. Both the arrested accused are Mulgi Hashmi and his minor son, residents of the same village.
Here, the uncle of the deceased girl told that on Thursday evening, when the drum beater was passing through their street on the occasion of Muharram festival, his niece followed him. The accused minor was also sitting in front of their house there. Seeing him, he scolded him. But he did not run away from there. When the accused minor was running away with the girl, his younger nephew saw him and asked where are you taking her. Then he said that I am going to take her home. After this, he killed her and buried the body in a pit filled with cow dung behind a house in the locality.
He told that when the girl did not return home at night, they searched a lot. But nothing could be found, after which the family lodged an FIR about her disappearance in Piro police station on Friday. After this, Piro SDPO Krishna Kumar Singh and Piro police station in-charge Subodh Kumar searched for the girl throughout the night with the police force. But the girl could not be found. After this, the search for the girl was started again in the morning. The girl's leg was seen sticking out of the cow dung filled pit.
Meanwhile, when a boy from the locality went into the same cow dung filled pit, he saw the girl's leg sticking out. After which he informed the people around about it. After which all the people reached there and they informed the local police station about it. On receiving the information, the local police station reached there and took the body in its custody and got the post-mortem done at Sadar Hospital.
On the other hand, the uncle of the deceased girl has clearly denied any enmity with the accused minor child and his family in any kind of dispute. He told that the accused minor is addicted to solution and other intoxicants. Due to which he killed his innocent niece and buried her body in a cow dung filled pit located in the locality. He has expressed the suspicion of murder after rape of the girl. Here, according to the death review report prepared by the police, the girl appears to have been murdered after rape. However, the cause of death will be clear only after the post-mortem report comes.
A four-member team of doctors conducted the postmortem of the body. On the other hand, on the instructions of Civil Surgeon Dr. Shivendra Kumar Sinha, a four-member board of doctors was formed and the postmortem of the body was conducted. During the postmortem, the vaginal swab of the girl was also taken. The four-member team of doctors included on-duty doctors Dr. Ashok Kumar, Dr. Anand Kumar, Dr. Kumar Nitish and female Dr. Shazia Kausar.
Piro SDPO Krishna Kumar Singh said that on June 3, a fair was held in a village in Piro police station area and the same evening the girl left the house. She was seen with a minor from the same locality. He told that the girl has two houses in Bhagalpur. The family was left confused that she might have slept at home. After this, the family started searching for her from Friday afternoon. The family informed the police about this on Friday evening. The police continuously searched for the girl and her body was recovered on Saturday afternoon. He said that the accused minor and his father have been taken into custody.
It is said that the deceased girl was third among her three sisters and one brother. Her family consists of her mother, two sisters and one brother. After the incident, chaos has been created in the house of the deceased girl. After the incident, the mother of the deceased girl and all the family members are in a bad state due to crying.
