The girl, who was abducted from her home on Tuesday night, was first subjected to horrific violence and then brutally murdered when she resisted. Her body was recovered on Wednesday morning from a canal about a kilometer away from her home, where the silent corpse of the innocent child has put the entire system in the dock.

The post-mortem report and the doctors' initial examination revealed a chilling truth. Dr. Saurabh Kumar of Ara Sadar Hospital said that the girl had scratch marks on her face and her genitals were severely damaged. Death is suspected due to excessive bleeding. When a team of four doctors conducted the post-mortem, everyone's head hung in shame. According to the doctors, they had never seen such a cruel incident in their careers. Several important pieces of evidence, including swabs, hair, and nails from the girl's body, have been sent to the FSL (Forensic Science Laboratory) to help identify the culprit.

On the night of the incident, the girl's father was away at work, and her mother had gone out of the house for a short time. During this time, the accused Mukesh, who was lying in wait, committed the crime. The girl's aunt, Seema Devi, said that she had seen the accused in a suspicious condition near the house, but she did not imagine that he would turn out to be such a monster. When the girl went missing late at night, the family members searched for her and then informed Dial 112. The news of finding the body near the canal in the morning shattered the entire family.

The incident has caused outrage in the area. Enraged locals placed the girl's body on the road and blocked traffic for about two hours, demanding the immediate arrest and harsh punishment of the accused.
