ARA-----------------------On the occasion of 55th death anniversary of beloved singer Mohammed Rafi, a film music programme Tum Mujhe Yun Bhula Na Paaoge... was organised in Nagri Pracharini Sabhagar under the aegis of Prem Ka Susaaj Sanstha. It was inaugurated by music teacher and singer Dharmendra Kumar, teacher Ramesh Kumar, businessman Rajkumar, music lover Iqbal Ilmi and singer Ambe Sharan by lighting the lamp and garlanding the photo of Mohammed Rafi. Little singer Rishika Sharma started the programme by singing the song Tum Mujhe Bhool Na Paaoge… Thereafter Adarsh Kumar sang Likhe Jo Khat Tujhe…, Mohammed Rafi was the first to perform. Naushad sang John Jani Janardan…, Alka Sharan sang Ahsaan Tera Hoga Mujh Par…, Rajkumar sang Na Ja Kahin Ab Na Ja…, Kumar Anupam sang Badan Ke Sitare Lapet Hue…, Ramesh Kumar sang Dil Ka Suna Saaj Tarana Dhoondhega…, Md. Yusuf sang Agar Bewafa Tujhko…, Naveen Pandey sang Dil Ki Aawaz Bhi Sun Mere Fasane…, Krishnakant Manas sang My Love Star Always In Troubles…, Dharmendra Kumar sang No Artist Like You After Tere… and performed the songs very well. In duet songs, Naveen Pandey and Sunita Pandey sang Ek Tera Saath Humko Do Jahan…, Dharmendra Kumar and Rishika Sharma sang Jo Vaada Kiya Wo Nibhana Padega…, Isharon Isharon Mein Dil De Wale…, Dharmendra Kumar and Ambe Sharan sang Janm Janm Ka Saath Hai Hamara Tumhara…, Rajkumar and Ambe Sharan sang Itna Toh Yaad Hai Mujhe… and made the audience dance. Md. Showing the unbreakable friendship of Rafi and Kishore Kumar, Dharmendra Kumar and Ramesh Kumar presented the famous song from the film Dostana, Bane Chahe Dushman Zamana Hamara…. At the end of the program, Dharmendra Kumar, Shamshad Prem and Mohd. Naushad presented Mere Desh Premyon Aapse Mein Prem Karo…. While conducting the stage, program coordinator Shamshad 'Prem' said that the contribution of Mohd. Rafi in the field of film music cannot be forgotten. He was not only a good artist but also a good human being. On this occasion, Dr. Vibha Kumari, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar, Sushil Kumar, Nathuram, Salil Bhartiya, Punita Singh, Laddan, Krishnaendu, Pankaj Prabhakar, Sanjeev Gupta etc were present.
