Aditya Singh himself reached Sadar Hospital and took stock of Jain's condition. He said, "When a public representative is unsafe at the hands of the administration, what will happen to the safety of the general public? This incident exposes the arbitrariness of some officers of the district."

Aditya Singh has demanded immediate action from the Chief Minister of Bihar, DIG of Shahabad Range, and DGP of Bihar. He demanded the dismissal of the guilty officer and said that such an attack on a worker of any party is against democracy.
