ABDUL RAMEEZ BECOMES LIEUTENANT IN INDIAN ARMY

SASARAM-----------------------------Abdul Rameez Khan, son of Bikramganj of the district, has brought glory to the entire area by becoming a lieutenant in the Indian Army. There is not only a wave of happiness in his family on this historic achievement, but the people of the entire city and district are feeling proud.

Qasim Khan, father of Abdul Rameez Khan, a resident of Ward No. 26 of Sasaram, has also served in the Indian Army and retired from the post of *Honorary Captain*. Carrying forward the tradition of his father's bravery and discipline, Abdul Rameez also fulfilled his dream of wearing the army uniform and achieved success in the very first attempt.

At present, Abdul Rameez's family resides in Meerut. As soon as the news of his becoming a lieutenant reached Sasaram, sweets started being distributed in his old locality Ward 26 and people congratulated each other.

Local people say that Abdul Rameez was topper in studies and discipline from the very beginning and he had a childhood dream of joining the Indian Army. Now his passion and hard work has taken him to his destination.

The people of the ward and the city expressed happiness on this occasion and said that youngsters like Abdul Rameez inspire the coming generations.
