ARA---------------------------At Paramanpur Chaturmasya Vrat Sthal, India's great sage Saint Shri Lakshmiprapanna Jiyar Swami Ji Maharaj said that the bliss and progress that one gets by living in Vaikunth. The same is achieved by living in eight places on earth, those eight places are like Vaikunth. Four of which are in North India and four in South India. The first of which is Badri Narayan. Where Lord Shriman Narayan lives. Regarding this place, Swami Ji told that once Lord Shriman Narayan told Lakshmi Ji that I want to do penance for the benefit of people on earth.
Lakshmi Ji said that I will also come along. Vishnu Ji said that penance meditation is done alone, not with wife. After Lakshmi Ji repeatedly asked, Vishnu Ji gave his consent. Then Vishnu Ji went to a place and started doing penance. After that Lakshmi Ji took the form of a plum tree and went there. She started giving shade to Lord Shriman Narayan, where he was doing penance. That place was named Badri Narayan. Badri means Lakshmi Ji and Narayan means Shriman Narayan. Due to which that place was named Badri Narayan. Lord is present in Badri Narayan in the form of Shaligram.
Swami Ji told that it is believed that Shaligram is the only God who does not have any effect if he is not offered food for 5 years or 10 years. Otherwise, if there is any temple or any idol, if it is not offered food for 24 hours, then it has to be consecrated again.
The second place similar to Vaikunth is Mukti Narayan, which is in Nepal right now. Media director Ravi Shankar Tiwari told that Swami said that Lord Shriman Narayan resides here also. There is a Damodar Kund there, in which Shaligram Bhagwan is found. This is the only place in the whole world where the idol of Shaligram Bhagwan is found in Damodar Kund.
The third place is Pushkar Raj and the fourth place is Naimisharanya. These four places are considered to be similar to Vaikunth in North India. Swami Ji told that there are four places similar to Vaikunth in South India. The first one is Lord Shri Ranganath. In Satyug, Sun's son Manu Ji Maharaj became the king of Ayodhya. At one time Ayodhya used to be the capital of the whole world. Manu Ji Maharaj had no children. When he did penance of Brahma Ji, Brahma Ji said that it is not in my control. You go to Lord Shriman Narayan. Then Manu Ji went to Lord Vishnu Ji. Vishnu Ji gave one of his Ansaavataar to Manu Ji Maharaj and said that take it and worship it. By which you will get children. He was Lord Ranganath. Manu Ji Maharaj came to his home with the same Ansaavataar of God and started worshiping, then he got children. Lord Shri Ram was the descendant of Manu Ji Maharaj. Ranganath Bhagwan was worshipped from Satyug to Treta Yug. When Lord Shri Ram returned from Lanka after killing Ravana, Vibhishan ji often came to see the Lord. Once when he came to Lord Shri Ram, he was not leaving. Then Lord Shri Ram said that now the arrangements have been made, you go. Then Vibhishan ji said that you also come with me, then Shri Ram said that this cannot happen. Then Vibhishan ji said that you worship Ansaavatar Shri Ranganath Bhagwan. Give him to me. When Vibhishan ji was going to Lanka with Lord Ranganath, on the way he kept Ranganath Bhagwan on the ground to do Sandhya Vandan. Then when he tried to lift Ranganath Bhagwan after doing Sandhya Vandan, now he was not getting up. Then Vibhishan ji said that Lord, I have done some mistake that I brought you from Ayodhya and now you are not getting up from here. Then Lord Shri Ranganath appeared and he said that I have blessed the Godavari river that I will stay in your lap. So now I will stay here. From here, I will keep looking at your Lanka facing south. The temple of Lord Ranganath was built there.
The area of Lord Ranganath's temple is more than that of any other temple in the world. Tirupati Balaji is the second place in South India which is like Vaikunth. Where Lord Venkatesh is worshipped. This temple is considered to be the most money-rich temple in the world. Because the amount of offerings made here is more than that of any other temple in the world. Whatever is happening in all the temples of India, making a queue to offer prasad, making a queue to have darshan, making a ticket system or distributing laddus, is just a copy of Tirupati Balaji temple. The seventh place which is like Vaikunth is Sri Pushnam which is situated in South India. Where God lives in the form of Kachhapa avatar.
The eighth place which is like Vaikunth is Totadri. Which comes before Rameswaram.
Swami ji told that there are eight Puri in India. The first Puri is Ayodhya. Swami ji told what Ayodhya means. This means that Ayodhya is the head of all the cities. It is at the top. Here, a person gets freedom from the process of repeated birth and death. The second city is Mathura, which is similar to Vaikunth. Mathura is where God was born and after a few days, after the war with Jarasandh, Lord Shri Krishna left Mathura and went to Dwarka. Then, after God started living in Vaikunth, King Yudhishthir made the descendant of Lord Shri Krishna the king there and after asking the people there, the place where God had performed his leela was recreated in the same way. Swami ji told that the third city is Haridwar, which is similar to Vaikunth.
It is also called Mayapuri. Haridwar means the gate of Hari. The land north of Haridwar is called Devlok. That is, Haridwar is considered to be the gateway to reach heaven near Hari. The fourth Puri is Kashi. Where people get salvation after death. The fourth Puri is Kanchi. Which is located in South India. It is believed that the salvation that is attained after death in Kashi. That salvation can be attained by just visiting Kanchi.
