‘ONE IS ACCUSED OF MURDER, THE OTHER IS BIHAR’S CORRUPT PERSON: PK

PATNA-------------------------Prashant Kishore, the architect of Jan Suraj, launched his most severe attack yet on the top leadership of Bihar's NDA government on Friday. He called Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary a murder accused and a leader with a fake degree, while also labeling Nitish Kumar's closest minister, Ashok Choudhary, the "most corrupt" leader in Bihar, making sensational allegations of amassing over 200 crore rupees in benami assets.

Prashant Kishore, laying out the facts, said, "Samrat Choudhary is an expert at changing names. His real names are Rakesh Kumar and Samrat Kumar Maurya. He is accused of bombing Congress leader Sadanand Singh in 1998 and got out of jail by producing a fake certificate claiming he was a minor." Citing their election affidavits, PK questioned how someone who failed in matriculation obtained a D.Litt. degree. He challenged Samrat Choudhary to reveal the year in which he passed matriculation.

PK attacked Ashok Choudhary, saying he had broken all records of corruption. He alleged that in 2021, Ashok Choudhary purchased 23 kattha of benami land in Bikram, Patna, in the name of his PA Yogendra Dutt and later transferred it to his daughter, Shambhavi Choudhary. Prashant Kishore claimed that Ashok Choudhary had amassed wealth worth over ₹200 crore through the Manav Vaibhav Vikas Trust in the past two years. He also demanded that trust members Jiyalal Arya and Anita Kunal clarify their position on this matter. This attack directly raises serious questions about the functioning of the government and the integrity of leaders close to the Chief Minister.
