ARA----------------------------Today, a grand felicitation ceremony was organized on the retirement of Chemistry teacher Kamakhya Narayan Singh in the premises of Plus Two High School Piro. The program was presided over by the acting headmaster of the school, Bhim Rai. The program began with showering flowers on Chemistry teacher Kamakhya Narayan Singh. The students of the school stood in a line and showered flowers on Mr. Singh and everyone together took him to the auditorium. Commerce teacher Abhay Kumar Upadhyay conducted the stage. First of all, the memento was read by teacher Prakash Chandra Ojha. The song 'Aaj jaane ki zid na karo, mere pehle me baithe raho...' was presented by the music teacher of the school, Brajmohan Pathak. Kamakhya Narayan Singh looked very emotional during this song of Mr. Pathak. The teacher of the school, Omprakash ji recited a poem and made the audience laugh. The students of the school, Akanksha, Komal, Aakriti, Aanchal, Aayushi, Lakshmi, Riya, Rajnandini, Soni and Preeti made everyone laugh by mimicking all the teachers. Acting Head Master Bhim Rai presented the song 'Kahe Ko Duniya Banai'. During this, eloquent speaker and retired teacher of the school Surendra Narayan Mishra, while discussing the scholarship of Kamakhya Narayan Singh, said that Shri Singh is a good-hearted person and during his entire service in the school, he spent all his time teaching chemistry to the children. The retirement of Shri Singh is an irreparable loss for the students and teachers of the school. Acting Head Master Bhim Rai of the school said that teachers never retire, rather they always keep spreading their light like the sun. At the end of the program, the vote of thanks was given by teacher Vikas Chandra and he thanked teacher Kamakhya Narayan Singh for the excellent work done during his entire service period. The program was concluded by presenting a farewell song by the team of Beauty Kumari, Kajal Kumari and Sonali Kumari. In the end, all the teachers pushed Shri Singh's car and said goodbye to him. In the program, teachers of the school Dr. Manoj Kumar, Anil Singh, Neelambar Prasad, Kush ji, Aslam Ansari, Mohd. Aslam, Naushad Alam, Sabiha Khatoon, Jaya Kumari, Ragini Chaudhary, Preeti Kumari, Rinku Kumari, Anju Kumari, Arvind Kumar, Arun Kumar Mishra, Murali Manohar Joshi, Amit Kumar and Krishna Kumar, besides non-teaching staff Ravi Shekhar, Ramji Pathak, Sanjay Kumar Soni, Sanjay Kumar and Asha Kumari along with many other dignitaries were present.
