Jagdishpur Sub-Divisional Officer Sanjit Kumar and Shahpur Circle Officer Rashmi Sagar inspected the related land site regarding the distribution of certificates to the landless victims who became homeless due to erosion of the Ganges river in Jawainiya village of Shahpur zone. Relief can be provided to the affected families as soon as possible. In such a situation, this initiative of the administration is very important.

During the inspection, SDO Sanjit Kumar and Circle Officer gave necessary instructions to the concerned staff. He said that the list of landless victims should be finalized and the certificate should be made available to them soon. The SDM also informed that this process will be completed as soon as possible so that the affected families can get relief. The concerned employees and other workers were also present on this occasion.

It is known that Jawainiya village of Shahpur region has become the most affected area due to the erosion of the Ganges river. Many families here have lost their homes and have taken shelter in government relief camps. This situation of landless families has not only caused financial crisis for them, but is also seriously affecting their quality of life.

Meanwhile, former Shahpur RJD spokesperson Munna Pandey welcomed this step of Jagdishpur SDM Sanjeet Kumar and expressed hope that soon the erosion victims will be provided with a certificate on government land. Mr. Pandey said that this initiative of the administration will definitely prove to be a ray of new hope for those families who have become homeless from their homes due to the erosion of the Ganges river. This certificate will help them to build safe housing and permanent shelter.
