BHOJPUR DM TOOK STOCK OF DEVELOPMENTN WORKS AT BARKAGAON MAHADALIT TOLA

ARA-----------------------District Magistrate, Bhojpur, Tanay Sultania visited Mahadalit Tola located in Barkagaon under Udwantnagar block. This visit was done to review the progress of the ongoing development works in the light of earlier announcements under Dr. Ambedkar Samagra Seva Abhiyan. During the inspection, the District Magistrate did a field inspection of the community building, public toilet, PCC path, and the recently developed library. He checked the quality of construction and interacted directly with the villagers to know their reactions. Local people told that the work done under the campaign has brought positive changes in the tola, for which they expressed satisfaction and gratitude to the administration. During this, information about an inspirational initiative also came to light, when the villagers told that a woman from the tola selflessly takes the children to school every day. Appreciating this humanitarian service, the District Magistrate directed to honor her by giving a certificate.

DRDA Director, District Welfare Officer, Block Development Officer Udwantnagar, Circle Officer Udwantnagar and other departmental officers were present during the inspection.
