She has killed four children so far. A heartbreaking case has come to light from Panipat district, Haryana.

The accused woman, Poonam, murdered four innocent children, including her three-year-old son. The accused woman has confessed to her horrific crime. She revealed that she targeted children who appeared more beautiful and attractive than her own child. She killed three of these children. When she wondered if her own son had seen her, she killed her own child. The case came to light when a six-year-old girl died under suspicious circumstances during a wedding ceremony. Police revealed that Poonam, a 34-year-old woman, had killed four children in the past two years, including her own three-year-old son.

After Ishika's murder, Poonam killed her three-year-old son, Shubham, fearing that he might have seen her kill Ishika. To avoid this suspicion, she drowned her own child in a water tank. Her actions were unwavering. Even the police were astonished by her words. She then confessed that in her maternal village of Siwah, she had also drowned and killed her cousin's 6-year-old daughter, Jia, in a plastic tub. She killed Jia because she felt jealous of her.

According to the information, on December 1st, the police received information that a six-year-old girl, Vidhi, was found drowned in a plastic tub during a wedding ceremony in Naultha village. Finding the case suspicious, the family members filed a case at the police station. Following this, all the people who attended the wedding were questioned. When the police questioned Vidhi's aunt, Poonam, her statement seemed suspicious. When the police interrogated her strictly, she confessed the truth. She revealed that she had killed four children. She herself killed her own son. Earlier, in 2023, she had killed her sister-in-law's daughter, who lived in Bhavar village. She killed 9-year-old Ishika by drowning her in a water tank. At that time, the family members considered it an accident.

Poonam then made it look like an accident. Then, when Poonam went to a wedding ceremony in Naultha, she also drowned and killed 6-year-old Nidhi in a tub there. Nobody suspected that Poonam had killed these children. When this was revealed, everyone was shocked. The police said that the accused Poonam was jealous of children who seemed more beautiful than her own children. After questioning, the arrested Poonam was presented in court, from where she was sent to police remand. Now, the investigation into the murders of all four children is being reopened. The police are currently engaged in further action.
