ARA---------------------------A program was organized on Hindi Journalism Day under the aegis of Bhojpur District Hindi Sahitya Sammelan. The program was presided over by the president of the conference, Prof. Baliraj Thakur. The conference was conducted by the Prime Minister of the conference, Dr. Nandji Dubey. While presiding over the program, Prof. Thakur said that the soul of Hindi journalism has been literary-cultural, which has existed from its inception till now. It is going to run with the broad public aspirations and people's struggles. Hindi journalism was born with the freedom struggle. Hindi journalism is the history of turning the courage, dedication and dreams of those pioneer journalists into reality, who made Hindi the voice of the people amidst the challenges of British rule and financial constraints. Bhojpuri Department Head Dr. Diwakar Pandey said that the publication of Pandit Yugal Kishore Shukla's "Udant Martand" was an important step in the field of journalism. Poet critic Jitendra Kumar discussed the development of Hindi journalism in detail. Dr. Nandji Dubey said that Hindi journalism is still playing an important role in the direction of change. Dr. Satyanarayan Upadhyay, Dr. Janardan Mishra, Shashikant Tiwari, Dr. Mamta Mishra, Dr. Renu Mishra, Ramesh Singh Prapanna, Dr. Amit Jaiswal, Vashisht Muni Choudhary also said that the future of Hindi journalism is bright.
