PATNA----------------------Police has got its first success in the murder case of notorious Chandan Mishra who was killed in a shootout in Paras Hospital, Patna on Thursday morning. Police has identified all the five shooters who entered room number-206 of Paras Hospital and shot Chandan Mishra. Apart from gang war, there is another angle in this murder case, that is the angle of friendship turning into enmity. Sheru Gang and Chandan Mishra were once good friends. Both of them entered the world of crime at an early age. While committing petty crimes, both of them formed a gang. Both of them together committed many criminal incidents. Both were lodged in Bhagalpur jail in a murder case, where there was a fight between the two. After this, both friends became enemies.

According to information received from police sources, the one who led the shootout and was seen at the forefront among these five criminals is Tausif Badshah. Tausif calls himself Badshah and apart from dealing in land, he also does contract killing. Tausif was wearing a white printed shirt and blue jeans at the time of the shootout. He was leading the shootout and entered Chandan Mishra's room without a cap.

Tausif Badshah is a graduate of St. Karen's School in Patna and currently deals in land in Phulwari Sharif area. He is known by the name 'Badshah' among the people. According to police sources, Tausif's gang kills for money. It is suspected that Chandan Mishra was also killed as a contract killing.

Apart from Tausif, the police have also identified four of his other associates, but the names have not been officially revealed yet. Several police teams are continuously conducting raids in different areas. Several suspects have also been picked up from Phulwari Sharif area for questioning. The police hope that all the accused will be arrested soon. Investigation into other aspects of this murder is ongoing.
