ARA--------------------------RJD leader former MLA Jagdishpur Bhai Dinesh said that the Chief Minister and Honorable Irrigation Minister, Government of Bihar. I want to bring to your notice that there is a problem of water in the canals in Jagdishpur assembly constituency. When farmers need water for paddy plantation, then why is water missing in the canals?

A few days ago water was released in the Son river from Indpuri Braj, but today when farmers need water, there is no water in the canals of Jagdishpur assembly constituency. Be it Bihiya line, Sikariya minor, Tar minor, Kisri line, Barauli minor, Narayanpur canal, Gyanpura canal, Lahthan canal, Kateya canal, there is no water till the lower end of any canal.

I want to know who is responsible for this? Will the JE, SDO, Executive Engineer and Superintending Engineer not be held guilty? Why are the Secretary, Chief Engineer and Chief Engineer of the Irrigation Department not roaming around the canals?

I want that water should be supplied to the lower end of every canal in Jagdishpur Vidhan Sabha constituency immediately. I give strict instructions to the officers to ensure water supply in the canals. If the problem is not solved, then we will be forced to take to the streets and sit in the office of the Chief Engineer and Secretary, Chief Engineer of Srijan Water Resources Department.
