‘AYA SAWAN JHOOM KE’ CULTURAL FESTIVAL ORGANIZED AT SAMBHAWANA RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL

ARA (RNI) Aaya Sawan Jhoom Ke' cultural festival was organized on the occasion of holy Shravan month at the local 'Shanti Smriti' Sambhavna Residential High School, Shubh Narayan Nagar, Majhowan, Arrah.

The function was inaugurated by the Managing Director of the school, Dr. Kumar Dwijendra, by lighting the lamp. Addressing the students and teachers on this occasion, he said that the month of Sawan has been considered mythologically and spiritually important in our country. There is a festive atmosphere in the whole country during this month. Shravan month is considered most suitable for the worship of Shiva. Similarly, this month is also important for agriculture and farmers. It is decided in this month how our agricultural production will be in the coming time. On this occasion, he congratulated all the students and teachers present in the auditorium.

The school's principal Dr. Archana Singh, in her welcome address to the students and teachers, said that our country is culturally and religiously rich, in which there are many types of festivals and celebrations. We associate the twelve months of the year with different types of festivals. In this, the importance of Shravan month increases mythologically and spiritually. In all the Shiva temples of the country and the state, Shiva devotees perform Jalabhishek through Kavar Yatra. On this occasion, all the students, teachers and employees were wished for this holy Shravan month.

On this occasion, under the direction of the school's music teachers Dharmendra Kumar, Amitesh Ranjan and Mahesh Kumar Sharma, the school's students presented one better than the other Kajri and Sawan songs. The cultural festival started with the attractive presentation of "Jhir Jhir Buniya Ho" and Kajri Nritya Aaya Sawan.......... The students presented Kajri Nritya Aaya Sawan and forced all the people sitting in the auditorium to dance. Similarly, various songs including "Kaise Khel Jaai Sawan Mein Kajriya Badriya Dhiri Aayil Nandi......, were presented by the students and teachers. All the above Sawan songs were presented by the school students Shiksham, Sarika, Vandana Kumari, Annaya Keshari, Saumya, Arpita Keshari, Saloni Singh, Archana Chaudhary, Pratigya, Tapasya Bhardwaj, Priyanshi Singh, Meenakshi Pandey, Manisha Singh, Arpoova, Gyani and Roshni Singh. Kajri Nritya Aaya Sawan was presented by students Ishika Kumari, Akshara Kumari, Sakshi Dubey, Aastha Kumari, Khushi Kumari, Pragya Singh and Shreya.

At the end of the program, the school's Principal Dr. Archana Singh honored the school teachers by giving them gifts on the occasion of Sawan Utsav. The vote of thanks was given by teacher Mrs. Renu Singh and the stage was managed by teacher Mrs. Neha Kumari. The stage was designed by the school's art teachers Mr. Vishnu Shankar and Sanjeev Sinha. On this occasion, the school's All the students and teachers were present.
