ARA---------------------------At the Paramanpur Chaturmasya Vrat Sthal, India's great saint Shri Lakshmiprapanna Jiyar Swami Ji Maharaj discussed the character of Lord Shri Ram. Swami Ji said that even his opponents praised Lord Shri Ram. Under the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha Prasanga, Swami Ji described Lord Shri Ram as a follower of dignity. Lord Shri Ram was so bound by dignity that he did not even consider his father, brother, wife as his own. All the subjects were the same for Lord Shri Ram. There was no one of his own among them and no one was a stranger. Lord Shri Ram was so dignified that even while fighting with Ravana, he fought with dignity with the enemy.
When the war was going on between Lord Shri Ram and Ravana, at that time Shri Ram had made Ravana weaponless. Ravana was completely disturbed due to the continuous attack of arrows. His weapons etc. were destroyed. Then Lord Shri Ram said to Ravana that Ravana, you are weaponless now, so we will not shoot arrows at you. You go, you are tired. Come and fight when you get well. Lord Shri Ram was honest even in war. He was Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram who behaved with the enemy in this manner.
Ravana himself had said that Lord Shri Ram follows dignity even in war. That is why Lord Shri Ram is also called the incarnation of dignity. Shri Ram was so dignified that he exiled his wife Sita on the request of the subjects. Even after father Dashrath ji's request, Lord did not return from exile due to dignity. While Dashrath ji had said that Shri Ram, if you do not return, my life will end. Even then, due to dignity, Lord Shri Ram followed the rule of giving up life but not breaking the promise and remained in exile for 14 years. Lord Shri Ram proved that whether it is father, mother, brother, wife or subjects, dignity is same for everyone. There will be no discrimination in dignity for anyone. Even his enemies used to praise such Maryada Purushottam Lord Shri Ram.
Lord Shri Ram was God, he was king and he was also the protector of the subjects. In Ramavatar, God has taught the whole world the dignity of living life. How should the conduct of a king be. This has also been told by Lord Shri Ram. For a king, no one is his own and no one is a stranger. For a king, religion, principles, policy, rules are the most important. Which should be applied equally to everyone, whether he is his own or a stranger. Only he can be the best king of the world.
Dignity is paramount in human life. If there is no dignity in human life, then the personality of the person is in danger. That is why in this life, we are ours, mine is ours, all this is effective only for a short time. Dignity is the paramount means for the welfare of the entire human life. That is why we should live our lives with ethics, principles, honesty, morality, good behavior, humanity. The dignity of which has been told to us humans by Lord Shri Ram by taking incarnation in Treta Yuga.
While discussing the story of the main 24 incarnations of Lord Shriman Narayan, Swami Ji discussed in detail about the birth of Narad Ji, the third incarnation of Lord Shriman Narayan. Narad Ji, who is said to be the third incarnation of God. He was born as a Gandharva son in his first birth. At that time Narad Ji was living a normal life. But due to the virtuous deeds of Narad Ji, he incarnated as the third incarnation of God.
Narad Ji was born as a maid son in his second birth. At the place where Narad Ji was born, an event was organized by some saints to perform the Chaturmasya fast ritual. Where Narad Ji and his mother served the saints for four months.
When the 4 month long Chaturmasya fast was over, the saints and sages started to leave. Then Narad ji also started to follow them. Narad ji said, Mahatma ji, you take me along with you. I also have to make you a saint. By then Narad ji's mother also reached there. Narad ji's mother started crying. She said, Mahatma ji, I have only one son. If he also becomes a saint, what will happen to me. Don't make him a saint. Narad ji was explained by those Mahatmas. After which Narad ji stopped. But Narad ji said to the saints and Mahatmas, Mahatma ji, please tell us some basis. Then Mahatma ji told him a mantra. He was advised to chant it. Narad ji started chanting those mantras. While chanting, the thought of his mother's death also kept coming in his mind again and again. One day suddenly his mother left the world. After which Narad ji was happy as well as sad. Sad because his mother had died. He was happy because now no one can stop him from becoming a sadhu. In this way, after performing the last rites of his mother with full rituals, Narad ji went to the forest.
He started chanting the mantra given by the Mahatmas. There he saw a small glimpse of the form of God. Seeing the form of God, Narad ji became very happy. By then that form disappeared. Narad ji started thinking in his mind. After all, he saw the form of God for such a short time, then it disappeared again, why so? Then there was an Akashvani (voice from the sky).
Narad ji, your worship, penance was enough to see the image of God for this much time only. That is why you keep chanting the name of God, in the next birth you will be entitled to get that image. Suddenly one day Narad ji also saw the form of God. He left this world. After which in his third birth, Narad ji was born as the son of Brahma. Narad ji is said to be the third incarnation of Lord Shriman Narayan.
