BHABHUA----------------------------Police station authorities arrested a man with 2 kg of marijuana, who was selling marijuana under the guise of a tea and snacks shop. Laxman Pandey, son of the late Ram Awadh Pandey, a resident of Khajura village in the police station area, ran a tea and snacks shop in Khajura Market on National Highway 19. Providing information, Station House Officer Girish Kumar stated that the police station administration received a tip-off around 9:00 am on Thursday morning that the man was selling marijuana under the guise of a tea and snacks shop. Circle Officer Sadanand Kumar was informed of the incident. Under his leadership, the police station administration conducted a raid at the scene to verify the tip-off. 2 kg 100 grams of marijuana was recovered from the shop. The suspect was seized on the instructions of the Circle Officer. Further investigation is underway, with the man arrested for the crime.
