THERE ARE FOUR TYPES OF DEVOTION AND DEVOTEES: JIYAR SWAMI
At the Paramanpur Chaturmasya Vrat Sthal, India's great sage, Saint Shri Lakshmi Prapannat Jiyar Swami Ji Maharaj said that there are four types of devotees. Whose devotion is also of different types. The first type of devotees are those who have no interest in anything in the world. They have nothing to do with what is happening where. For example, they see the power of God in all the humans and creatures of the world. Lord Shriman Narayan resides in every creature. That is why those devotees do not oppose anyone. No matter what they do.

ARA--------------------------At the Paramanpur Chaturmasya Vrat Sthal, India's great sage, Saint Shri Lakshmi Prapannat Jiyar Swami Ji Maharaj said that there are four types of devotees.
For example, if a person is doing wrong things, stealing, killing someone, even then the first category of devotees keep watching silently. Because they believe that God resides in every creature, so whatever is happening is happening by the grace of God. But this type of devotees can be seen at some places in the whole world. Because generally their number is very less.
The second type of devotees are those who also worship God. They worship God, pray, recite everything, but wherever something wrong is happening in the society, they also oppose it. Like saints, Mahatmas, wise men also give proper guidance to the society from time to time against the wrong conduct, behavior, lifestyle, food habits happening in the society. So that general harmony, peace, dignity is maintained in the society.
The devotees of the second category also worship God and if there is adultery anywhere, then they try to improve the society by guiding against it. The second type of devotees are also said to be superior.
The life of the second type of devotees is also Satvik. There is uniformity in diet, behavior, lifestyle, conduct. They do not change their thoughts, behavior, behavior, lifestyle from time to time. Rather their lifestyle is of the same type. They believe in the existence of God at all times and live their lives according to Vedic tradition.
The third category of devotees are those who keep changing their behavior, conduct, worship, lifestyle, food habits, etc. from time to time. Like it was the month of Saavan, all the people were worshiping, praying and offering water to Lord Shiva. But after Saavan ends, the lifestyle, food habits, diet and behavior of most of them change. People's food habits remain Satvik during Saavan. But as soon as Saavan ends, their diet again becomes the same as they used to do before Saavan. But such devotees are not considered good. Those who change their thoughts, lifestyle, worship, method from time to time are not good devotees. Once good thoughts, behavior, food habits, lifestyle come into life, they should never be abandoned.
Because when we do good deeds only for a few days and the category of our work changes during the rest of the time, then in such a situation, even those good deeds of ours do not have much effect. That is why such devotees are called third class devotees.
The fourth class devotees are those who have nothing to do with worship and devotion, neither do they believe in God, nor do they believe in worship and devotion, nor do they have any faith in God. Meaning they have nothing to do with devotion. Such devotees are said to be fourth class devotees. Their category is of the lowest level.
Because Ravan used to do wrong deeds. Even then, at least he used to fight against God, even then he must have taken the name of God almost 10 times every day. But the fourth category devotees who have nothing to do with worship and devotion to God, nor do they ever remember God by mistake. Such devotees are said to be of the lowest level.
Among these four types of devotees, the best devotees are said to be of the second class. Because they spend their entire life worshipping God. They work to give right guidance to the society. That is why one should do the second type of devotion. This devotee is said to be the best.
On the holy banks of Ganga, King Parikshit is asking Shukdev Ji that what should those people do whose death is certain. The same Shukdev Ji is guiding King Parikshit about devotees and devotion. How many types of devotees are there? How should devotion be done? The same Shukdev Ji told King Parikshit about four types of devotion. Swami Ji explained them in detail to the people.
