A district-level coordination meeting was held in the Collectorate auditorium, Ara, under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Bhojpur, Tanay Sultania. During the meeting, the District Magistrate directed a continuous and strict anti-encroachment drive in all major markets and important locations in the district. He stated that no laxity would be tolerated in the campaign, and that those violating the rules would be fined and strict legal action would be taken.

ARA----------------------------A district-level coordination meeting was held in the Collectorate auditorium, Ara, under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Bhojpur, Tanay Sultania. During the meeting, the District Magistrate directed a continuous and strict anti-encroachment drive in all major markets and important locations in the district. He stated that no laxity would be tolerated in the campaign, and that those violating the rules would be fined and strict legal action would be taken.
He clearly stated that a "zero-tolerance" policy should be adopted against encroachment and that senior officials should regularly review it.
The District Magistrate reviewed the progress of the Samagra Seva Abhiyan and directed the prompt disposal of all pending applications related to services such as birth and death certificates, ration cards, pensions, and Aadhaar cards. He also directed that revenue services—corrections, mutations, etc.—be completed within the stipulated timeframe.
All zonal officers were also directed to expedite the resolution of pending NOCs related to various development projects. The District Magistrate directed all departments to focus on their work with utmost seriousness and ensure that the benefits of the schemes reach 100% of the eligible beneficiaries.
During the meeting, the District Magistrate directed the expeditious disposal of pending CWJC and MJC cases and the filing of SOFs (Statements of Facts) by all departments within the stipulated timeframe.
Giving special instructions to the District Program Officer of ICDS, he stated that electricity, water, and toilet facilities must be available in all Anganwadi centers in the district under all circumstances.
In this important meeting, Deputy Development Commissioner Bhojpur, Assistant Collector, Additional Collector, Additional Special Collector, Special Officer, all district-level officers, all sub-divisional officers, Land Reforms Sub-Collector, and block-level officers were present.
