Mango is a fruit rich in nutrition, which is full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants necessary for our body. It mainly contains vitamins A, C, E, K, B-complex vitamins, potassium, magnesium and iron. Apart from this, it is also rich in fiber, pectin and polyphenols.
Vitamin A helps in improving eyesight. Vitamin C strengthens the immune system. Fiber keeps digestion healthy.
