RECITING NARAYAN KAVACH BRINGS PROSPERITY: JIYAR SWAMI

ARA----------------------------At Paramanpur Chaturmasya Vrat Sthal, India's great sage, Saint Shri Lakshmi Prapanna Jiyar Swami Ji Maharaj said that Narayan Kavach should be recited for peace in the house. If there is lack of peace and happiness in any person's house, then after taking a bath, Narayan Kavach should be recited regularly with purity. On the other hand, if there is lack of happiness, peace, prosperity, wealth etc. in the house, then Gajendra Moksha should be praised regularly every morning, afternoon and evening.

By reciting Narayan Kavach, Indra was also able to keep himself safe inside the stomach of the demon. That is why the person who recites Narayan Kavach is blessed. Vitra Sura demon who was fighting with Indra, swallowed Indra in his mouth while fighting. Due to which Indra went into his stomach. Even then Indra remained alive in the stomach due to reciting Narayan Kavach. Later, Indra came out by tearing the stomach and destroyed Vitra Sura.

Indra had changed his priest. The priest of the gods was Lord Brihaspati. Once Indra was enjoying dance with Apsaras. At that time Brihaspati ji came. Seeing him Indra turned his face away. Brihaspati got angry and left the work of priest and disappeared. After which Indra started searching for his priest. Brihaspati ji was not found even after a lot of efforts. After which Indra appointed Vishwaguru, son of Tvashta Rishi as priest. Whose maternal side was in the family of demons. That priest used to pray to the gods and wish for well.

But he used to wish well for his mother's family also. Because his mother was from the family of demons. One day Indra got angry. He said that you are the priest of us and wish well for the people of your maternal side. We give Dakshina donation and wish well for the demons. One day in anger he cut off the head of the priest. After which he had to face the sin of Brahmahatya.

Indra's Brahma Dosh was taken by three people. First of all, women took the blame of Brahma Hatya due to which they are in impure state. That is why women are forbidden to do Puja Paath etc. for three days. Trees and plants also took Indra's Brahma Hatya Dosh. Due to which, Lasa is visible in some trees. That Lasa is visible in the tree only due to the blame of Brahma Hatya.

The same Indra's Brahma Hatya Dosh was also taken by Mother Earth. Due to which, you can see that there is barren land at some places. Where the land is not fertile. House should not be built on such land otherwise there is no peace and happiness in the house. In this way, if a house is to be built on the barren land, then at least 10 to 20 feet of soil should be removed and good soil should be put. After that the house should be built.

In return, Indra gave blessings to the earth, trees and women as well. He gave a blessing to women that they can have sexual intercourse as per their wish. Trees received a boon, due to which even if the branch of some trees is planted in the ground, it becomes a tree. Mother Earth also received a boon, wherever any pits are seen, they also gradually get filled up on their own. In this way, all three were blessed by Indra.

Water was also made a partner in this. That is why it is seen at some places that the water staying at one place becomes very dirty. But when flood water etc. comes, its water also becomes pure and Indra gave another boon that the water of the sea will never decrease.

Shukdev Ji told Raja Parikshit that when Brahma Ji wanted to expand the lineage. Brahma Ji's son was Marichi Rishi. Marichi Rishi's son was Kashyap Rishi. Kashyap Rishi had 12 Aditya Devta sons. The eldest of them was Surya Dev. After that Arjama, Pusa, Tvashta, Savita, Bhag, Dhata, Vidhaata, Varun, Mitra, Indra and the 12th son Vamana was born as God. Being from Kashyap Rishi's wife Aditi, these 12 sons are called Aditya Devtas.

Maharshi Valmiki was the son of Varun Devta, son of Kashyap Rishi. Despite being the son of Varun Devta, Valmiki ji was a big criminal. His daily routine was to loot, steal, rob and kill people. But one day after getting the company of Sapta Rishis, Valmiki ji became a great Maharishi from a criminal. Who created a book like Ramayana.

Sometimes a man gets misled by seeing the unrestrained and fickle nature of others. He forgets his limits. Once Kashyap Rishi's sons Varun and Mitra were going somewhere and they got agitated after seeing the indecent behaviour of an Apsara and a lecherous man. Due to which, two children were born due to the energy and brilliance of Varun and Mitra. Whose names were Agastya Rishi and Vashishtha Rishi.

Actually Vashishtha Rishi was Brahma's son. But due to a curse, he took a second birth. Once King Nemi was performing a yajna. He said to Vashishtha Rishi that Gurudev, please get my puja done. Then Vashishtha Rishi said that right now I am going to Devlok. I will come to your house after performing puja there. Now Vashishtha Rishi neither said yes nor no, he left from there. Then King Nemi called another Brahmin and got the yajna started.

As soon as Vashishtha Rishi came, he saw that another Brahmin was performing the puja, he got very angry. Then Sage Vasishtha cursed King Nemi that his body would perish. After which King Nemi also cursed Vashishtha Rishi that not only my body will be destroyed but your body will also be destroyed. When King Nemi started dying, then God said that ask for some boon. Then King Nemi said that O Lord my body will be destroyed, but you give me a boon that when a creature blinks his eyes, I should reside on that eyelid.

It is also important to understand the difference between a god and a demon. The gods never blink their eyelids. The boon that King Nemi had asked from God that I should reside on the eyelids of creatures, but he did not say to the gods to travel on the eyelids. That is why the eyelids of the gods do not blink. Second, when the feet of the gods do not stay on the earth. Third, the gods never live in old age. Fourth, the shadow of the gods is never visible. On the other hand, many types of foul smell come from the body of the demons. Their feet are inverted. Their body is monstrous.

When King Nemi cursed Vashishtha Rishi, he said that not only my body will be destroyed, but your body will also be destroyed. In this way, after the death of King Nemi, Vashishtha Rishi's body also ended. In the second birth, Vashishtha Rishi was born again with the energy and power of Varun and Mitra. But his name was again Vashishtha Rishi.

Kashyap Rishi's elder son Surya Bhagwan was married to Sangya, the daughter of Dev Shilpi Vishwakarma. Sangya and Surya had three children. Satyavrat Shraddhey Dev Vaivasvat Manu, Yamraj and Yami were born as a daughter. But Sangya was unable to tolerate the power of Surya Bhagwan. Therefore, Sangya created a woman as her shadow with her power and strength and herself took the form of a mare and started doing penance. Surya Dev and Chhaya had a daughter in the form of Savarni Manu, Shanichar and Tapti. Who became Tapti river in the next birth.

Now Chaaya who was a shadow woman of Sanjna, used to treat Sanjna's sons step-motherly. That is why one day Yamraj said that are you not our mother, you behave like a step mother. Due to which Chaaya got angry and cursed Yamraj that you go and become the lord of hell and also cursed Yami that you should be born as Yamuna river in the next birth.

All this incident was seen by the Sun God. Due to which he cursed Chaaya's son Shanichar that you should become cruel. The third wife of the Sun who was in the form of a mare also gave birth to Ashwini Kumar. The lineage that came forward from the same Sun God was called Suryavanshi and Ikshvaku Vanshi.
