A grand cluster-level TLM (Teaching-Learning Material) fair was organized on Thursday in the premises of Kesath High School in the block. The program was inaugurated by Cluster Coordinator Manoj Kumar, while the responsibility of conducting the event was handled by the school's in-charge headmistress, Bhavna Kumari. Teachers and students from various schools in the block displayed attractive and innovative models of teaching-learning materials at the fair. Cluster Coordinator Manoj Kumar stated that the main objective of the TLM fair is to promote quality education in government schools, strengthen students' basic literacy, numeracy skills, and learning curiosity.

He said that such events bring to light the innovations created by teachers, making classroom teaching more effective, interesting, and results-oriented. The enthusiasm of the students at the fair was remarkable. The children presented models on various subjects, showcasing their eagerness to learn and creative abilities. The judging panel observed the displayed materials and selected the best participants.

First place went to Mithilesh Kumar, a teacher from Sanskrit Primary School, Kesath; second place to Shailesh Shukla, a teacher from Shivpur West Middle School; and third place to Hemlata Kumari, a teacher from Urdu Middle School, Kesath.  Block Education Officer Rajesh Ram, Mukesh Kumar, Rita Kumari, Akhtari Khatoon, Neetu Kumari, Swati Kumari, and many other teachers were present at the program. The TLM (Teaching Learning Material) fair not only gave teachers an opportunity to showcase their innovations, but also instilled enthusiasm for learning in children.
