ARA---------------------------A meeting was convened with the District President / Secretary of all recognized political parties under the chairmanship of District Election Officer-cum-District Officer, Bhojpur Tanay Sultania regarding the draft publication of the electoral list. In the said meeting, the following information was given regarding the draft publication of the electoral list.

1. As per the schedule set by the Election Commission of India, today on 01.08.2025, the draft of the electoral list has been published under all the assembly constituencies of Bhojpur district on the basis of the eligibility date 01.07.2025.

2. As per the draft publication, the details of the assembly-wise voters are as follows.

3. In the said meeting, hard and soft copies of the draft electoral list were handed over to the recognized political parties and the list of those voters whose counting form has not been uploaded was made available to the political parties.

4. Such eligible citizens, whose name is not included in the draft electoral list for any reason, or citizens eligible on 01.07.2025 can themselves submit Form-6, along with declaration form (Annexure-D) and other necessary documents.

Electors can themselves submit Form-8 and other necessary documents for transfer/amendment of their name. In the context of applicants from outside Bihar, declaration form (Annexure-D) will also have to be attached with Form-8. “Such applicants, whose name is registered in the electoral list of any other state outside Bihar and want to transfer their name to the electoral list of Bihar, will also have to attach a declaration form (Annexure-D) with the prescribed Form-8.

The objectors themselves can file objections in Form-7 against the voters included in the draft electoral list.

5. Claims/objections on the draft electoral list are to be received from 01.08.2025 to 01.09.2025. Eligible citizens can submit claims/objections in the prescribed form along with the applicant documents in the office of their BLO, Assistant Electoral Registration Officer-cum-Block Development Officer (AERO), Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) or can also apply online by visiting the Election Commission of India website https://voters.eci.gov.in. The received claim/objection will be disposed of by the concerned Electoral Registration Officer on date This has to be done by 25.09.2025.

6. As per the schedule set by the Election Commission of India, the final publication of the electoral list will be done on 30.09.2025.

7. Organization of special camps: With the aim of providing special facilities to the general public, special camps will be organized in all Block-cum-Anchal offices and urban body offices such as all Executive Officer's office, Nagar Panchayat, Nagar Parishad and Municipal Corporation offices from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm every day (Monday to Sunday continuously) from 02.08. 2025 to 01.09.2025. Voters can submit their application forms in the camp. After the end of the working day every day, it will be the personal responsibility of the concerned AEROS to separate all the application forms received assembly wise / polling station wise and make them available to the concerned EROS / AEROS / BLOs. Whose execution will be done by the concerned BLOS / AEROS/EROS will do it.

8. Any BLA can submit a maximum of 10 applications in a day after the publication of the draft. The BLA will submit the list of applications with an undertaking that he has personally verified the details of the application forms and is satisfied that they are correct. A declaration is also to be given in the prescribed form.

9. All recognized political parties have to provide the required cooperation for the successful implementation of the Special Intensive Revision Program 2025. It was requested to appoint BLA at all polling stations.

10. All voters can also check their name in the draft voter list by visiting the Election Commission of India website https://voters.eci.gov.in.

Deputy Development Commissioner, Additional Collector, Deputy Election Officer, Land Reforms Deputy Collector Sadar Ara, District Information and Public Relations Officer Bhojpur and other related officers were present in the said meeting.
