NINE TEACHERS SHARED THEIR PROBLEMS

BHABHUA-----------------------------In accordance with the Education Department's guidelines, a Teachers' Court was held on Saturday at the Block Resource Center campus.

The Teachers' Court was led by MDM (BRP) Anil Kumar. Nine teachers working in various schools across the block attended the program, presenting applications regarding school-related issues and personal service concerns. The teachers spoke on key issues such as salary discrepancies, pending payments, leave approvals, MDM-related problems, heavy workloads, and a lack of resources.

Nine teachers working in various schools across the block attended the program, presenting applications regarding school-related issues and personal service concerns. The teachers spoke on key issues such as salary discrepancies, pending payments, leave approvals, MDM-related problems, heavy workloads, and a lack of resources.

The officials listened to all the concerns seriously and assured that each application would be addressed on a priority basis.

During the meeting, the officials present stated that timely resolution of teachers' problems is essential to maintaining a strong and smooth education system. MDM BRC Anil Kumar stated that the primary objective of the Shikshak Darbar is to provide a better working environment for teachers by promptly resolving pending cases. He stated that the applications submitted by all nine teachers will be examined and appropriate action will be taken to ensure resolution. He also appealed to the teachers to continue providing quality teaching while adhering to departmental regulations.

The officials present at the event also clarified that such meetings foster better coordination between teachers and the administration and help understand ground-level problems. The successful holding of the Shikshak Darbar has given teachers hope that their problems will be resolved in a timely manner and the education system will become more effective.
