MARRIAGE HAS BECOME A BIG PROBLEM: JIYAR SWAMI

ARA------------------------------At Paramanpur Chaturmasya Vrat Sthal, India's great sage Saint Shri Lakshmi Prapanna Jiyar Swami Ji Maharaj said that marriage of boys and girls has become a big problem in the society today. Fathers, brothers, family members are looking for a suitable boy for marriage for many years. Still, the marriage is not getting fixed anywhere. But we need to think seriously about this. Why are there so many problems in marriage today? Even after going to many places for 1 year, 2 years, 5 years or even more, the relationship is not getting established. The biggest obstacle in this is today's customs.

The way girls are being seen in an indecent manner even before marriage today. This has also become a big problem. Wherever the talk of marriage progresses a little, then the women of the house, mothers. They make preparations to see the girl. Along with that, they also take many other women known to them. Now before marriage, the girl is made to walk, roam around, sit and inspected in such a way as when any item or thing is inspected while buying it from the market. Our mothers should think that at the time of your marriage, if you were looked at in this way, how would you have felt.

By the way, some years ago, marriage used to be a bond of trust. In which the father used to decide the marriage on his own. At that time, there was no practice of looking at the girls. Since the time the interference of women has increased in it, marriage has become a big challenge.

The father goes somewhere and fixes the marriage. Even then the women of the house start expressing all kinds of bitterness. Due to which even a marriage that is already made gets cancelled. If anyone does the work of cancelling the marriage, then the mother has the biggest hand in it. Mothers find out many kinds of flaws. Eyes are small, nose is crooked, forehead is small, face is not beautiful, there is no light on the face, the girl is short in height. She finds so many shortcomings that marriages almost take place in many places.

But those mothers should understand that marriage is a matter of trust and dignity. Marriage is not just a matter of beauty. According to Vedic tradition, marriage is a means of living a married life. In which the thread of trust between husband and wife takes the whole life forward. That is why even if there is a little difference between the boy and the girl at the time of marriage, one should still consider it as God's blessing and get married.

Because the thing you are looking for. The kind of boy you are looking for. The kind of girl you are looking for. Your whole life will pass in search of them, you will not be able to find them. Because there is some shortcoming in everything. Even God had to face faults and shortcomings at many times. We are ordinary human beings, so are there no shortcomings in us humans? Every living being, person, boy, girl has some goodness and some shortcomings. But those shortcomings can also be fulfilled by God's grace.

Many times, before marriage, parents try very hard to find a good boy or girl. But after marriage, many types of problems arise. Whereas a normal parent gets their boys and girls married in an ordinary family. Even then, after marriage, wealth, happiness, peace, prosperity starts increasing day by day in their life. That is why you cannot get everything just by searching. If you have the blessings of the Supreme Brahma, Lord Shri Krishna, then you can get everything in life.

No one in life wants that there should be sorrow in our life. But sorrow also comes in life. It remains as long as there is a will of sorrow. Happiness also comes automatically in life. Just as sorrow cannot be stopped from coming. In the same way, no matter how good a house, family, job, rich boy you find or a very beautiful and knowledgeable girl. Unless you have the blessings of God, even if you search, it will not be completely effective. You will see infinite types of obstacles in your future. That is why marital relations should be decided by obeying the command of God and binding in the thread of faith.

Lord Shri Krishna says to Arjun in Geeta. Arjun, do your work, do not desire the fruit. Good work gives good results. That is why you should try to get married. The father should have the right to marry the boy and the girl independently. Only then can the delay in marriage be resolved. Because as long as women keep interfering in marriage, the marriage of boys and girls will not be done on time.

The appropriate age for marriage of girls is said to be 21 to 25 years. Because today it is taking a little more time to get higher education. But girls should definitely be married by the age of 25. If you do not do this, then its result is seen negatively on the society and culture. Due to which there is a deviation in the society. That is why the mother and father need to be fully responsible towards their sons and daughters.

I want to say one more thing especially to the mother. In marriage, you should respect and honour other's girl like your own girl. Because in the society, every person's girl and boy have to get married. Today your boy has to get married. You go to other's place and see the girl. One day other people will come to see your girl too. The way you harass other's girl while seeing her, the same can happen with your girl too in marriage. IE Every parent should respect the boy and girl as their own.

Further, Swami Ji said that under Srimad Bhagavat Katha, his mother Devhuthi is asking Lord Kapil. What should a son person do to do his welfare. The same Lord Kapil Dev is telling his mother Navadha Bhakti. In which nine types of devotion for the welfare of human beings are mentioned. In human life, a person should do all kinds of devotion for happiness, peace, prosperity, wealth, achievement, healthy life in his life. Swami Ji explained this in detail while giving the discourse. The nine forms of devotion are as follows – hearing, chanting, remembering, serving the feet, worshiping, bowing, serving, witnessing, and offering oneself.
