COORDINATION COMMITTEE MEETING HELD
A meeting of the District Level Coordination Committee was held in the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of Bhojpur District Magistrate Tanay Sultania. In the meeting, the District Magistrate, while reviewing the progress of the Special Intensive Revision of Voter List 2025, directed all the Electoral Registration Officers to ensure timely execution of all the applications received by running a campaign.

ARA-------------------------A meeting of the District Level Coordination Committee was held in the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of Bhojpur District Magistrate Tanay Sultania. In the meeting, the District Magistrate, while reviewing the progress of the Special Intensive Revision of Voter List 2025, directed all the Electoral Registration Officers to ensure timely execution of all the applications received by running a campaign.
Also, while reviewing the preparations for the upcoming Bihar Legislative Assembly General Election 2025, he took detailed information about the progress of the work done so far from the senior and nodal officers of various cells and directed them to complete all the necessary preparations on time. The District Magistrate directed all the Block Development Officers, Block Panchayati Raj Officers and DPM Jeevika to get maximum applications under the Chief Minister Mahila Rozgar Yojana by running a special campaign.
In the meeting, the distribution of pending ration cards and birth-death certificates was reviewed and instructions were given to ensure quick progress in it. Similarly, emphasis was also laid on prompt disposal of applications received in special camps organized under Dr. Ambedkar Samagra Seva Abhiyan. The District Magistrate directed the concerned officials to provide facilities to the beneficiaries by quick and timely disposal of all applications received under various services.
He inquired about the updated status of model tola construction from all the block development officers. He directed the nodal officers of the concerned departments to establish mutual coordination and ensure continuous monitoring and availability of essential basic facilities (tap water, road, bridge, electricity and ration) in the tolas. He directed all the circle officers to expedite the pending NOC (no objection certificate) related to various departments. Along with this, the circle officer and revenue officers were directed to complete the process of distribution of papers and land availability among landless families on priority basis. Apart from this, the District Magistrate directed all the sub-divisional officers and Additional Collector to ensure continuous monitoring on all these points.
Deputy Development Commissioner Gunjan Singh, District Land Acquisition Officer, Civil Surgeon, all Sub-Divisional Officers, DRDA Director, all Land Reforms Sub-Collector, Circle Officer, Block Development Officer, Block Panchayati Raj Officer, Executive Officers of Municipal Bodies and Child Development Project Officer along with other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
