PATNA-------------------------An unknown vehicle hit their bike, killing them on the spot. The incident occurred near Dahaur village, under the Barh police station area.

An unknown vehicle hit their bike on NH-31 in Patna. Two young men riding a bike died on the spot in the accident. The incident occurred near Dahaur village, under the Barh police station area. The deceased have been identified as Amit Kumar (20) and Rahul Kumar (21), residents of Malahi village.

The incident occurred around 10 p.m. Family members said the two young men were on their way to Dahaur village to deliver food for a wedding ceremony in the neighborhood. The accident occurred. The collision was so severe that the bike was shattered. After the collision, the two young men fell about 10 feet from the road. One of the youths jumped and hit a 10-foot-high corrugated sheet on a roadside house.

Police arrived at the scene immediately after receiving information about the accident. They gathered information about the youths' families and informed them. After the families arrived, the police sent both bodies to the sub-divisional hospital in Barh for postmortem examination. Police are searching for the absconding driver and vehicle.
