TLM IS A SIGNIFICANT INITIATIVE TOWARDS TEACHERS’ INNOVATION, CREATIVITY AND QUALITY EDUCATION: SHUBHA DAYAL

ARA----------------------------A grand cluster-level TLM (Teaching-Learning Material) fair was organized at the Bal Krishna +2 School premises in Dularpur. The objective of this educational fair was to make the teaching-learning process more effective, interesting, and student-centered. Selected teachers from all the schools under the cluster enthusiastically participated in the fair and displayed various teaching materials created by them. The displayed TLMs included models, charts, game-based materials, and interactive teaching aids related to mathematics, science, language, social science, and other subjects, which were designed to enhance children's intellectual development and interest in learning. On this occasion, Cluster Coordinator Shubha Dayal Ram said that classroom teaching becomes more effective through TLM, and it develops understanding, creativity, and logical ability in students. He appealed to all the teachers to make maximum use of TLM in regular classroom teaching so that children can easily connect with the learning process. Teachers who performed exceptionally well at the fair were honored with awards by Cluster Coordinator Shubha Dayal Ram and Principal Sunanda Kumari. The participants showed great enthusiasm upon receiving the awards. At the end of the program, Principal Sunanda Kumari expressed her gratitude to all the visitors, participants, and supporting teachers. The coordinator expressed his happiness at the success of the fair and declared its closure. This fair proved to be a significant initiative towards teachers' innovation, creativity, and quality education.
