---As per the instructions of senior officers, a team was formed under the leadership of RPF Inspector in-charge Sasaram Sanjeev Kumar and GRP Sasaram SHO Suman Kumar to prevent criminal activities at Sasaram station. Sub Inspector Deependra Singh Ranawat, Constable Bablesh Kumar Meena, Constable Vimlesh Bharti, Constable Saurabh Kumar, all from Railway Protection Force post Sasaram and Sub Inspector Santosh Kumar and Dayanand from GRP were jointly patrolling and monitoring criminal activities at Sasaram station.

SASARAM------------------------As per the instructions of senior officers, a team was formed under the leadership of RPF Inspector in-charge Sasaram Sanjeev Kumar and GRP Sasaram SHO Suman Kumar to prevent criminal activities at Sasaram station. Sub Inspector Deependra Singh Ranawat, Constable Bablesh Kumar Meena, Constable Vimlesh Bharti, Constable Saurabh Kumar, all from Railway Protection Force post Sasaram and Sub Inspector Santosh Kumar and Dayanand from GRP were jointly patrolling and monitoring criminal activities at Sasaram station. During that time, a person was seen coming out in suspicious condition with a red and black air bag. On asking his name and address, he said that his name was Vimlesh Ram, age 26 years, son of Pradeep Ram, resident of village Pipradih, police station Nasriganj, Rohtas.
The thief who was caught was stealing a bag of a passenger and three mobiles and was taking them away. He was caught. On opening and checking the bag, a pair of yellow gold coloured ear tops-03, a pair of silver coloured anklets-04, a yellow coloured necklace, four yellow coloured earrings, one yellow coloured mangatika, two light pink coloured rings, two pairs of yellow coloured ear tops, some cash and clothes for daily use of women and children were recovered from a lady's purse. On searching the suspect, 03 stolen skin touch mobiles, a blue coloured pattern lock mobile of Redmi company, a blue coloured skin lock mobile of Vivo company and a password lock mobile of Vivo company were recovered from the right pocket. After completing the paperwork on the spot, the case was registered at the State Railway Police Station Sasaram for further legal action.
On finding out the criminal history of the said criminal, a case under POCSO Act is registered in the local police station Nasriganj and 02 cases of theft are registered in GRP Dehri on Son. The estimated value of the goods recovered from the criminal is ₹ 1,00,000/-.
