PATNA---------------------------Former MLA Rajvallabh Yadav, who was recently released in the rape case, has given a controversial statement about the Lalu family. Rajvallabh Yadav raised questions about the marriage of Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav. Read further.

Political stir is in full swing regarding Bihar assembly elections. The phase of allegations and counter-allegations is continuing and the process of leaders changing parties has also started. Many leaders are making statements against their own party. Once again a leader has given a controversial statement against his own party. The matter is of Nawada. Where former MLA Rajvallabh Yadav, who was acquitted in the rape case, has given a controversial statement about RJD supremo Lalu Yadav's family. His wife is an MLA from RJD quota.

According to the information, in a public meeting held in Nardiganj on 2 August 2025, Rajvallabh Yadav commented on the personal life of Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav. He questioned Tejashwi Yadav's marriage and raised the issue of his wife Rajshree being from Haryana and made objectionable remarks. Also, Tej Pratap Yadav and Aishwarya Rai's divorce was also made a subject of sarcasm.

It is being told that on 3 August this video went viral on social media. After this, supporters of Lalu family called it a conspiracy. RJD leaders of Nawada say that this is an attempt to tarnish the image of Lalu family. In the video, Rajvallabh Yadav is seen saying that casteism only brings votes, and when it comes to marriage, where does one do it. He further said that what was the need for Lalu Yadav to go to Punjab Haryana to get married, there is neither a Yadav girl here nor a Jersey cow. There is a girl here too, whom he could marry. After which he attacked Tej Pratap and said that even if he married one girl, he drove her away.

Former MLA Kaushal Yadav has announced to hold a press conference on this issue at 11 am on Sunday. While RJD supporters are calling this incident a strategy of NDA. They say that this controversy has been created deliberately, because recently Rajvallabh Yadav's wife and MLA Vibha Devi was present on the stage during the Prime Minister's visit to Gaya. This controversy has increased the heat in Bihar politics and it is expected to become more fierce in the coming days.
