MAIN ACCUSED OF BELAUR MURDER CASE ARRESTED FROM JHARKHAND

ARA--------------------------Police has arrested the main accused of murdering Dharmendra Kumar, a resident of Pawar village and shooting his friend near Belaur bus stand of Udwantnagar police station area. He is Yugesh Yadav, son of Ramadhar Yadav, a resident of Raghunipur village of Udwantnagar police station area.

He was arrested from Dhanbad, Jharkhand on Wednesday with the help of STF. Yugesh Yadav is accused of everything from recce to shooting Dharmendra Kumar. The arrest of Yugesh Yadav has been confirmed by Sadar SDPO One Raj Kumar Sah.

Let us tell you that on the morning of 23 July, Dharmendra Kumar, a resident of Pawar village of Pavana police station area of Belaur bus stand, was shot dead while going to Ara with his friend Raju Kumar. Dharmendra Kumar was gunned down after recce in an ongoing land dispute. His friend Raju Kumar was also shot.

In that case, on the statement of Dharmendra Kumar's uncle Suresh Kumar Singh, a named FIR has been lodged against six people. Ravi Yadav, Bhola Yadav, Rahul Kumar, Pawan Kumar, resident of Pawar village, Ankit Gupta resident of Pavana village and Yugesh Singh resident of Raghunipur village of Udwantnagar police station area have been named in it.

Ravi Yadav, Ankit Gupta and Yugesh Singh have been accused of shooting Dharmendra Kumar and his friend Raju Kumar. The reason for the incident is said to be a previous land dispute.

On the morning of July 23, Dharmendra Kumar was going to drop his friend Raju Kumar's son to Ara station. Dharmendra Kumar and Raju Kumar, residents of Pawar village, were shot near the Belaur bus stand. Dharmendra Kumar died on the spot after being hit by seven bullets.
