ARA---------------------------At a camp organized as part of the Land and Revenue Maha Abhiyan in Ara Sadar, free petition forms were filled and filed online for corrections of incorrect entries in online Jamabandi, uploading missing Jamabandi entries online from offline mode, and filing of free petition forms for inheritance mutation and partition/successor partition mutation. Long queues and chaotic crowds thronged the camp from early morning until evening. Circle officials were busy throughout the day. A team of district spokespersons and workers from Bihar State JDU, Metropolitan, Ara, monitored the campaign process and provided guidance to landowners and tenants struggling to fill out petition forms. This campaign has increased awareness about land issues. Some people were also found discussing that the NDA government, Nitish Kumar, is doing everything right, but circle officials, revenue officers, and circle officers deliberately enter incorrect information or leave blank spaces in the online Jamabandi to generate illegal income through brokers.

Not all landowners, tenants, and farmers have access to online modes and computerized systems. Therefore, they face difficulties. Still, some farmers and tenants remain unaware of the campaign due to a lack of technical education.
