PATNA-----------------------------It is difficult to escape from STF, so many dreaded criminals hiding in other states in six states were dragged to Bihar, large number of weapons seized.

Bihar STF has changed its way of working, the benefit of which is that many dreaded criminals hiding in other states have been brought to Bihar.

Bihar STF has now changed its form, now STF has geared up to stop organized crime, this information was given by ADG STF Kundan Krishnan. He told that we have done better action this year as compared to last year.

To strengthen his point, Kundan Krishnan also presented a data in front of the media persons and told that this year we have recovered two AK 47, one INSAS, one 303 and one 315 rifle along with three SLRs, one carbine, besides many semi-manufactured revolvers, pistols and kattas along with 12176 live bullets.

In another action, we have arrested 64 dreaded criminals who had fled from Bihar and were living in other states. We have done this action with the help of the police of those states where these people were hiding. During this, he also told the names of some of those dreaded criminals.

On the other hand, when he was asked that when will Bihar Police bring Sheru, the accused in Chandan Mishra murder case, on remand from Bengal and interrogate him. On this, Kundan Krishnan told that this case is of Patna Police. Till a few days ago, Sheru was lodged in Purulia Jail in West Bengal. But now he is lodged in President Jail Kolkata. Patna Police is continuously trying to take him on remand. As soon as Patna Police gets Sheru's remand from Bengal Court, Patna Police will bring him here and interrogate him.

He also told that along with confiscating the property of criminals who have earned huge wealth through the world of crime, Bihar Police is also working towards curbing terror funding. On one hand, we are confiscating the property of criminals through EOU and ED under section 107 of BNSS. At the same time, we are cracking down on terror funding under UAPT ACT.

In the same sequence, we are also taking action through EOU to confiscate the property of Danapur MLA Ritlal's brother.
