ARA--------------------------The BJP has suffered a major setback in the Barhara Assembly constituency. Senior party leader Suryabhan Singh, who has served the party for 38 years, has announced his departure. He will contest the election as an independent candidate and will file his nomination on October 17th.

The BJP has suffered a major setback in the Barhara Assembly constituency ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections. Senior party leader and dedicated party worker Suryabhan Singh, an emotional man, announced his departure from the party. He stated that he will contest the election as an independent candidate this time and will file his nomination on October 17th. Before filing his nomination, he will resign from the party and the State Working Committee.

Suryabhan Singh said that the BJP is like a mother to him, but he is hurt by the neglect he has faced from the party leadership. He explained that during the COVID-19 pandemic, he delivered rations to 13,364 households, organized mass weddings, and always remained in touch with the public.

He said that he joined the party inspired by the ideas of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya and worked throughout his life to strengthen the organization. Singh emotionally declared, "If I had received a BJP ticket, I would have won by 60,000 votes. The BJP is my mother, it is in my soul, but now I must enter the fray independently to serve the people."

He called Union Minister R.K. Singh his guardian and expressed confidence that the people of Barhara would stand with him this time. Suryabhan Singh's decision has intensified the political turmoil in the Barhara region and is likely to have a direct impact on local political dynamics.
