A youth died after drowning in Karha on Saturday afternoon in Ekouna village of Barhara police station area of Bhojpur. There was chaos among the people regarding the incident. According to the information, the deceased is Vasudev Kumar Singh, 25-year-old son of Umesh Kumar Singh, resident of Ward No. 7 of Ekouna village of Barhara police station area.

ARA--------------------------A youth died after drowning in Karha on Saturday afternoon in Ekouna village of Barhara police station area of Bhojpur. There was chaos among the people regarding the incident. According to the information, the deceased is Vasudev Kumar Singh, 25-year-old son of Umesh Kumar Singh, resident of Ward No. 7 of Ekouna village of Barhara police station area.
Here, the father of the deceased, Umesh Kumar Singh, is told that due to the rise in the water level of the Ganges, flood water had filled the Karha located in front of his house. On Saturday afternoon, when he went to throw garbage in it, he slipped and drowned in it.
The people present there informed the family about this. After getting the information, the family reached there. With the help of local divers and villagers, his body was taken out of the water. The police took the body in their possession and got the post-mortem done in Sadar Hospital.
It is said that the deceased was the youngest among his three brothers and one sister. His family consists of his mother Manju Singh and two brothers Rohan Singh, Karan Singh and a sister Rohini Singh. After the incident, there is chaos in the house of the deceased. His mother Manju Singh and all the family members are crying inconsolably.
