The surprising thing is that there was no rain here, yet the Ara-Sasaram State Highway and the entire market area are filled with water. The condition is such that the existence of the highway and the road is not visible due to being submerged in water.

ARA------------------------------Hasan Bazaar of Piro block under Tarari assembly constituency of Bhojpur district is facing the problem of waterlogging and dilapidated roads these days. The surprising thing is that there was no rain here, yet the Ara-Sasaram State Highway and the entire market area are filled with water. The condition is such that the existence of the highway and the road is not visible due to being submerged in water.
The roads of the market area are broken at many places and water filling in the potholes has created a big problem for pedestrians and drivers. Local people say that due to these potholes, there is a possibility of accidents every day, due to which the lives of traders and the general public are getting affected. Shopkeepers say that due to waterlogging, the movement of customers has become difficult and business is also getting affected.
Social worker Ravi Yadav Amaai has come forward regarding this problem. He has demanded from the administration that immediate arrangements for drainage should be made in Hasan Bazaar and broken roads should be repaired soon. He has also warned that if no concrete steps are taken within a week, a fierce agitation will be started in the area.
