SASARAM----------------------------Near Krishna Jewellers on Dalmianagar New Sidhauli Road, thieves stole jewelry worth lakhs of rupees from the trunk of a shopkeeper's motorcycle parked nearby. They opened the trunk of the motorcycle and stole the gold and silver jewelry from the bag. The shopkeeper was shocked to see the trunk open. An attempt was made to gather information from people nearby, but no one reported the incident. Shortly after, a crowd gathered at the scene. The shopkeeper immediately informed his family and the police station about the incident. Police arrived on the information and began an investigation by questioning nearby shops. However, no one reported anything about the incident. Shopkeeper Krishna Kumar stated that he had brought the gold and silver jewelry in a bag to give to a customer. He had placed it in the trunk of the motorcycle and brought it to the shop to give to the customer. The bag contained jewelry worth approximately 6 lakh rupees. Which included gold earrings, rings, hunter etc. He told that the thieves had placed wood and Feviquick in the lock of the shop shutter by anti-social elements, they were trying to open the lock by parking the motorcycle, cycle shopkeeper Amitabh and other people were also present nearby, during this, within 5 minutes someone opened the trunk of the motorcycle and took out the bag full of jewellery. Police station in-charge Rajiv Ranjan Gupta said that the matter is being investigated.
