He said that whenever someone from the Yadav community contests elections, they face the problem of being called a vote cutter. Citing examples, he said, "Tej Narayan Bhai is a vote cutter, Buteshwar Bhai is a vote cutter, Ramjag Bhai is a vote cutter. All the Yadav leaders who contest elections are called vote cutters." Hearing this, the Yadav community should be ashamed. The question arises: how long will they recognize their community's leader and how long will they choose the right leader for themselves?

Madan Yadav appealed to the Yadav community to understand that the leaders of both clans will never allow them to stand on their own feet. This is a harsh truth. They will always keep them as followers. He said, "We will repeatedly ask Yadavs, why are you all following Tiwari ji? Will you always stay behind like this? How long will you keep shirking your composure? Now is the time to prepare your leader."

Madan Yadav also said that it is very important to understand the current situation. Citing examples, he said, "Go and see what the situation is in our Dalit settlement? Go and see what the situation is at Bujha Rai's camp. Who helped the Yadav community in Belvania a few days ago? Who helped the people of Diara during the floods? We should also think about this. Who provided blankets to the poor during the cold weather?"

"Is Tej Pratap also coming to Shahpur?" He informed that Tej Pratap Yadav will be coming to Lalu Dera on Thursday, October 30th, at around 1:30 PM. His program has been finalized. He appealed to everyone to reach there in thousands to enjoy his speech.

Why was Lalu Dera chosen? Madan Yadav explained that he had organized Lalu Dera specifically for his Yadav brothers. It's been 78 years since independence.
