Rs 5 LAKH DEMANDED THROUGH WHATSAPP CALLING

ARA-----------------------------Rs,Five lakh ransom has been demanded from a youth through WhatsApp calling in Ujiyar Tola Maruti Nagar of Arrah city police station area. Live cartridges have also been thrown on the roof to scare the family members. An envelope has also been found from the roof along with the cartridge, on which 24 hours Indrajit is written. An FIR has been lodged by Bhupendra Singh, resident of Ujiyar Tola Maruti Nagar, regarding this. After confiscating the bullet, the police have registered an FIR and are engaged in investigation.

In the FIR lodged by Bhupendra Singh, it has been said that he lives with his family in Ujiyar Tola (Maruti Nagar Ward No. 4) locality. His younger brother Indrajit lives in Jaipur. A WhatsApp call came on his mobile at around six o'clock on Friday evening. On receiving the call, the caller said that if you want the safety of your family, then pay five lakh rupees as ransom.

The same night, cigarette boxes and something wrapped in paper were thrown on their roof. In the morning, it was found that there were two live cartridges in the empty cigarette box. In the envelope, it was written on paper that Indrajeet is 24 Ghanta.

On receiving the information, the police reached and seized the cartridges and the envelope. The police is investigating the entire matter. The mobile and number used in the Whatsapp call are also being investigated. Here, due to the ransom call and throwing of cartridges on the roof, panic has spread among the family members of Bhupendra Singh.
