RPF HANDED OVER A GIRL TO HER FAMILY

SASARAM-------------------------Information was received from the Inspector-in-Charge of Resub Post, Dehri-on-Sone, that a girl had alighted from train number 12321 Up Howrah Mumbai Mail at platform number 2 of Sasaram station. Please find her and inform us. In compliance with this information, under the direction of Inspector Sasaram Sanjeev Kumar, Assistant Sub-Inspector Sudhir Kumar Singh and his staff, on duty, conducted a search on all platforms of Sasaram station. During the search, a minor girl, approximately 13 years old, was found under the foot overbridge near the middle passenger shed on platform number 4. When questioned, she revealed her name as Sonam Kumari, approximately 13 years old, father Sanjay Yadav, village Ballia Kothi, Ward 7, Police Station Nasriganj, District Rohtas, and stated that she had come to Dehri-on-Sone station from home with her maternal grandfather, Subedar Singh, to go to Koderma. At Dehri-on-Sone station, my maternal grandfather was found. I had gone to buy biscuits when a train stopped at platform no. 02 of Dehri on Son station, in which I boarded by mistake. After boarding the train, I came to know that this train will not go to Koderma station, later I got down at Sasaram station. After lovingly counselling the said girl, she was brought to RPF post Sasaram office and information about this was given to the girl's maternal grandfather. After the information, the girl's maternal grandfather Subedar Singh, father-Late Shri Pati Singh, resident- Ballia Kothi Ward-7, Police Station Nasriganj, District Rohtas, Bihar appeared at RPF post Sasaram, to whom the girl was handed over after proper verification.
