PATNA-------------------------Today is the Congress Mahakumbh in the capital, Patna. The last CWC meeting in Bihar was held in 1940. Exactly 85 years later, Congress has surprised everyone by deciding to hold the CWC meeting in Bihar. This meeting will also take several important decisions regarding the Bihar Assembly elections.
Many senior Congress leaders have arrived in Patna to attend the CWC meeting. Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, and Priyanka Gandhi are also expected to arrive in Patna soon. After the CWC meeting, Rahul Gandhi will arrive at Hotel Chanakya, where he will launch the 'Ati Pichhda Nyay Sankalp' at 3:30 pm.
Rahul Gandhi will remain in Patna throughout the day. After the CWC meeting, he will also meet with leaders of various All India Alliance parties to discuss their strategy for the assembly elections. There is also news that Rahul Gandhi may meet with Tejashwi Yadav in private today, where final discussions will be held regarding seat-sharing. He will discuss the number of seats Congress intends to contest in Bihar. Rahul will also share the opinions of party leaders with Tejashwi.
