POLICE ARRESTED 7 DRIVERS AND SEIZED 8 TRACTORS

BHABHUA---------------------------The administration has taken major action against illegal soil mining at Dudhariya Mor on Adhaura Road, located in the Bhagwanpur police station area under the subdivision. According to reports, the Mining Inspector Officer had been receiving repeated complaints of illegal mining in the area. Based on this, a joint raiding team was formed, consisting of several police and administrative officers, including the Bhagwanpur Police Station Chief.

During the operation, the team caught several vehicles red-handed while illegally excavating soil inside Dudhariya Mor. Investigation revealed that large-scale soil mining was being carried out without any licenses or permits. Acting immediately on the spot, a total of nine vehicles were seized, including eight tractors loaded with soil and a JCB machine. All these vehicles were found to be involved in illegal mining.

Seven tractor drivers were also arrested. Police are interrogating the arrested drivers to determine who was behind this illegal mining and under whose protection it was being carried out. FIRs have been registered against all the accused under relevant sections and further action has been initiated.

The Mining Inspector stated that illegal mining will not be tolerated in the district under any circumstances. The administration is closely monitoring such illegal activities that harm the environment. Regular inspections and raids will be conducted in such areas in the coming days.

The Bhagwanpur Police Station Chief also clarified that this action was taken strictly in accordance with the law and no one will be spared. The administration states that illegal mining causes significant losses to government revenue and also destroys local natural resources.

This action by the Kaimur administration has created panic among the illegal mining mafia. This strict stance by the administration regarding law and order and environmental protection in the district is expected to continue.
