Bhojpuri superstar and recent Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) member Pawan Singh has made a major statement regarding the Bihar assembly elections. He has put an end to all speculation about his contesting. Pawan Singh has clearly stated that he is not contesting this assembly election. He never joined the party with the intention of contesting. On Saturday morning, the Bhojpuri superstar shared a photo with Union Home Minister Amit Shah on social media, writing, "I, Pawan Singh, want to tell my Bhojpuri community that I did not join the party to contest the Bihar assembly elections, nor do I have any such intention. I am a true soldier of the party and will always remain so." "I will work for the BJP."

Pawan Singh's statement has put an end to speculation that he might contest from a seat in the Bihar elections. There had been talk for some days that the BJP might field him. However, Pawan Singh has clarified that he is no longer contesting the elections. He will work for the BJP as a true soldier and campaign for NDA candidates.

He also spoke about his dispute with his wife Jyoti Singh. On Thursday, superstar Pawan Singh held a press conference. Before the Bihar elections, Bhojpuri superstar Pawan Singh revealed the ongoing dispute with his wife Jyoti Singh. He said, "The dispute with my wife is being discussed in court. The case is pending in court, and whatever is decided will be my responsibility. When she came to my residence in Lucknow on October 5th, she could have visited two, three, or six months prior to that. She would have contacted me and tried to reach out. But she did this during the elections." On one hand the Election Commission announces Bihar elections, at the same time such an atmosphere is being created.
