ARA-------------------------The 5th Bihar Battalion NCC, Ara, under the direction of Commanding Officer Colonel Puneet Srivastava, organized a special program on November 6, 2025, to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the national song "Vande Mataram."
On this occasion, 255 NCC cadets, 5 PI staff, 2 ANOs, and 1 GCI enthusiastically sang Vande Mataram in unison. An atmosphere of patriotism and pride pervaded the entire program.
Following the program, Colonel Puneet Srivastava briefed the cadets on the history and significance of the song Vande Mataram and encouraged everyone to maintain a sense of patriotism and unity.
The program was a great success, and all participants expressed their devotion to Mother India with pride and enthusiasm.
