MLA RAGHWENDRA SINGH VISITED FLOOD AFFECTED AREAS AND INSTRUCTED OFFICIALS

ARA----------------------Barhara MLA Raghavendra Pratap Singh visited flood affected areas by boat on Friday. Sitting on a boat from Keshopur, he visited affected areas like Neknamtola, Bakhorapur, Mahudahi etc. and contacted people and listened to their problems.

Barhara MLA met the family members of Mahudahi resident Nagendra Singh and expressed condolences on the news of his death due to drowning in flood water.

Zonal Revenue Officer Diwakar ji, Twenty Point Chairman Shubham Pandey, BJP Barhara Assembly Guardian Dheeraj Singh, Ujjwal Singh, Rambabu Pandey, Pappu Singh, Jawahar Kesari etc. were present in the inspection of the flood affected area.

After inspecting the flood affected area, the MLA held a meeting with all the officials in Barhara Block Office and gave appropriate instructions.

Barhara MLA cum former minister Raghvendra Pratap Singh said that due to being situated on the banks of river Ganga, most of the villages in Barhara assembly constituency are affected by floods. The administration has made proper arrangements for boats. Medical facilities are also being provided. Instructions have been given to arrange for community kitchens as well. Along with this, animal fodder and polythene have also been arranged by the administration. I am always in touch with the officials to solve the problems of the people of my area. I will not let there be any shortage of anything.
