MIXED INTOXICATING SUBSTANCE IN COLD DRING AND MADE THE TEENAGER DRING IT

ARA------------------------------Hari Narayan Ram enticed a teenager to the room of 76 year old Rameshwar Ram in a hotel in Buxar district where both the elderly person drank alcohol. They also made the teenager drink a cold drink mixed with some intoxicating substance. After drinking the cold drink, the teenager became unconscious and then both the elderly persons outraged her modesty. Later the police recovered the teenager and also arrested both the elderly persons and the owner of the hotel.

SHO Buxar Town police station Manoj Kumar Singh said that two septuagenarians Hari Narayan Ram and Rameshwar Ram enticed a teenage girl and brought her to Hotel Milap on PP road under Buxar town police station and locked her in a rook. They also drank and made the girl drink some intoxicants in a cold drink. After drinking the cold drink, both the elderly persons outraged her modesty. The girl called out from the window of the room and a passerby at once infrormed the police. On information, the police swung into action and conducted riad in the Hotal Milap and rescued the girl and also arrested both the elderly persons and the owner of the hotel.

The girl said that when Rameshwar Ram came to outraged her modesy, she protested and there was a scuffle between her and Rameshwar Ram for about one and half an hours. She somehow locked herself in the bathroom to protect herself. After an hour, she tried to escape from the bathroom, both the septuageranians caught her and in the scuffled that ensured, she suffered a serious injury. Both the elderly persons went to the room on the upper floor but did not leave the girl. She opened the window and raised an alarm. Hearing her cry, a passerby informed the police and the police recovered her and arrested both the elderly persons Hari Narayan Ram and Rameshwar Ram and the hotel owner Satish Pandey who had taken the girl to the third floor and had locked her in a room. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Buxar town police station against the arrested persons and the police sent them to jail after interrogation. The police brought the girl to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for medical examination and also produced her in the Buxar Civil Court to get her statement registered under section 164 CrPC.

The SHO said that during interrogation, Rameshwar Ram confessed that he had consumed four Viagra pills along with alcohol and lost his senses and committed such a heinous crime. The police also recovered a packet of Viagra from the hotel.
