MISCREANTS ROBBED JEWELRY FROM A JEWELER

ARA-----------------------------miscreants robbed 80 grams of gold jewelry from a jeweler near Tata Motors showroom in Dhanupra of Nagar police station area on Ara-Patna bypass. After committing the crime, the criminals fled. The victim is Ravi Soni, 34-year-old son of late Krishna Prasad, a resident of Tari Mohalla of the city.

He has a jewelry shop in the name of Aranya Jewelers at Bihta Chowk in Patna. He has been running the shop there since 2011. According to the information, Ravi Soni took the jewelry from near the city's Badi Masjid on Wednesday. After this, he was going to Bihta by taking a CNG auto from Badi Masjid.

Then, four miscreants stopped the auto first near Dhanupra Tata Motors showroom in Nagar police station area. After that, they thrashed the shopkeeper and snatched the bag full of jewelry. In this regard, the victim has given a written application to register an FIR in the local police station. The police is investigating the matter and taking necessary action.
